If  you are doing a ketogenic diet then you surely have known how horrible can stomach cramps be . So that’s why today I am gonna be showing you my favorite trick to move past the stomach pains during ketogenic diets.

All right but before starting the recepie you should checkout why stomach pain and cramps happen during a ketogenic diet and how you can avoid them with these simple hacks


  • 4 fruit-flavored tea bags
  • 2 oz gelatin (I used Great Lakes Grass Fed in the orange can)
  • 1/4 cup Swerve 
  • 1/2 tsp fruit extract

Take out 4 tea bags and put them into 1 and 1\3 cup boiling water for 6 minutes.

Pour 1 cup water into a saucepan and heat until boiling.

Add swerve and gelatin, mix until there are no clumps.

Remove from heat and add fruit extract and liquid stevia (if using).

Pour into molds and chill for 15 minutes. Voila!
